Summary:The present invention is intended to detect dinoflagellate in ballaster water. More specifically, the present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds to dinoflagellate, and to a kit for detecting dinoflagellate using the same. By using the monoclonal antibody of the present invention, the detection of dinoflagellate as well as diatoms which are marine organisms is possible. Thus, the monoclonal antibody can be useful for detecting various microorganisms in ballaster water. To this end, the monoclonal antibody of the present invention is produced from: a hybridoma cell line (accession number: KCLRF-BP-00300) capable of producing monoclonal antibodies which are specific to Heterocapsa triquetra, Akashiwo sanguinea, and Prorocentrum micans; or a hybridoma cell line (accession number: KCLRF-BP-00300) capable of producing monoclonal antibodies which are specific to Heterocapsa triquetra, Akashiwo sanguinea, Prorocentrum micans, and Thalassiosira allenii. 본 발명은 선박평형수 내 와편모조류(Dinoflagellate)를 검출하기 위한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 와편모조류에 특이적으로 결합하는 단일클론 항체 및 이를 이용한 와편모조류 검출용 키트에 대한 것이며, 이러한 단일클론 항체는 해양생물인 와편모조류 뿐만 아니라 규조류까지 검출할 수 있어서, 선박평형수 내의 다양한 미생물을 검출하기 위한 용도로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
