A machine tool including a feed forward part, according to the present invention, comprises: a motor position control part which controls the position of a motor for transferring a tool or an object; a motor speed control part which is connected to the rear end of the motor position control part and controls the speed of the motor; a feed forward part which calculates the amount of calibration according to a command position inputted to the motor position control part and feeds forward the calculated amount of calibration to either the motor position control part or the motor speed control part; and a tuning part which automatically tunes the gain of the feed forward part according to the deceleration, acceleration, or constant speed operation of the motor.
