A conveyor roller having a ceramic anti-wear member, according to the present invention, comprises: a metal roller; an unvulcanized rubber plate which is attached to the outer diameter surface of the metal roller; multiple ceramic anti-wear members which are attached to the unvulcanized rubber plate; and a filling member which is made of unvulcanized rubber and is attached to the unvulcanized rubber plate between the ceramic anti-wear members, wherein the unvulcanized rubber plate and the filling member are pressed in a state that the unvulcanized rubber plate is attached to the metal roller and the filling member is attached to the unvulcanized rubber plate, and is vulcanized.
