Summary:The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of pine tree salt using fermented liquid of pine tree leaves which removes a toxin of pine resin and gives an excellent bioactive function. The manufacturing method of pine tree salt using fermented liquid of pine tree leaves comprises: a fermented pine tree leaf liquid manufacturing step of fermenting pine tree leaves to manufacture fermented liquid of the pine tree leaves; a red clay salt manufacturing step of inserting washed bay salt into a red clay container, and heating the red clay container at a temperature of 800-850°C for 20-25 hours to manufacture red clay salt; a step of mixing the fermented liquid of the pine tree leaves and the red clay salt at a weight ratio of 1:1 to manufacture a mixture; a step of aging the mixture at 20-25°C for 2-3 days; and a step of heating the fermented mixture at 100-120°C to dry the fermented mixture. 본 발명은 송진의 독성이 제거되고, 생리활성 기능이 우수한 솔잎 발효액을 이용한 송염의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 솔잎을 발효하여 솔잎 발효액을 제조하는 솔잎 발효액 제조단계, 수세한 천일염을 황토용기에 넣고, 상기 황토용기를 800 ~ 850℃의 온도에서 20 ~ 25시간 동안 열처리하여 황토소금을 제조하는 황토소금 제조단계, 상기 솔잎 발효액과 상기 황토 소금을 중량비1 : 1로 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계 및 상기 혼합물을 20 ~ 25℃에서 2 ~ 3일 동안 숙성시키는 단계, 상기 숙성된 혼합물을 100 ~ 120℃에서 가열하여 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
