The present invention relates to a near-infrared confocal line-scanning camera, and to a microscope including the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a near-infrared confocal line-scanning camera comprising: a light source part to radiate light; a line scanning part to selectively scan light in a line either in a first direction or in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction on a specimen by adjusting a path of the light radiated from the light source part; a specimen transfer part having the specimen mounted on an upper part thereof, and moving the specimen on a plane; an objective lens to guide the light to the specimen by refracting the light having gone through the line-scanning part to form a focus of the light on the specimen; and a pinhole part including a pinhole, and passing light having the focus thereof placed on the pinhole among the light reflected from the specimen wherein the specimen transfer part moves the specimen in the second direction when the line-scanning part scans light in the first direction, and moves the specimen in the first direction when the line-scanning part scans the light in the second direction. 본 발명은 근적외선 공초점 라인스캔 카메라 및 이를 포함하는 공초점 현미경에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 측면에 따르면, 빛을 조사하는 광원부; 상기 광원부로부터 조사된 빛의 경로를 조절하여 상기 빛을 시편 상에 제1 방향 및 그와 수직인 제2 방향 중 어느 하나를 따르는 선형으로 선택적으로 주사하는 라인 스캐닝부; 상부에 상기 시편이 안착되고, 상기 시편을 평면상에서 이동시키는 시편 이송부; 상기 시편에 상기 빛의 초점이 형성되도록 상기 라인 스캐닝부를 통과한 빛을 굴절시켜 상기 시편으로 안내하는 대물렌즈; 및 핀홀을 포함하고, 상기 시편으로부터 반사된 빛 중 상기 핀홀에 초점이 위치하는 빛을 통과시키는 핀홀부를 포함하되, 상기 시편 이송부는 상기 라인 스캐닝부가 상기 빛을 상기 제1 방향으로 주사할때 상기 시편을 상기 제2 방향으로 이동시키고, 상기 제2 방향으로 주사할 때 상기 시편을 상기 제1 방향으로 이동시키는 근적외선 공초점 라인스캔 카메라가 제공된다.
