Summary:According to the present invention, a reduced iron manufacturing method comprises: a step of manufacturing a briquette by forming a mixture wherein an iron feedstock and breeze are mixed; a step of carbonizing a raw material for carbonization; a step of manufacturing reduced iron by inputting the briquette into a reducing furnace of a reducer, and supplying an exhaust gas generated in a carbonization furnace; and a step of cooling the reduced iron by supplying the exhaust gas to a cooling furnace, and inputting the reduced iron manufactured in the reducer into the cooling furnace. Accordingly, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, manufacturing costs of the reduced iron is able to be reduced when compared with an existing method of preparing a separate heating source and a reducing gas, and supplying the heating source and the reducing gas to a reducing furnace. In addition, the present invention collects and reuses the exhaust gas generated in the carbonization furnace of a normal iron-making facility without a facility for providing a heating source and a reducing gas to be supplied to the reducing furnace; thereby obtaining remarkable effects of saving costs. 본 발명에 따른 환원철 제조 방법은 철원료와 탄재가 혼합된 혼합물을 성형하여 브리켓을 제조하는 과정, 탄화용 원료를 탄화시키는 과정, 브리켓을 환원기의 환원로 내로 장입하고, 탄화로에서 발생된 배가스를 환원기로 공급하여, 환원철을 제조하는 과정 및 탄화로에서 발생된 배가스를 냉각로로 공급하고, 상기 환원기에서 제조된 환원철을 냉각로로 장입하여, 상기 환원철을 냉각시키는 과정을 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실시형태에 의하면, 종래와 같이 별도로 열원 및 환원성 가스를 마련하여 환원로로 공급하는 것에 비해, 환원철의 제조 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 또한, 본원발명에서는 환원로로 공급하는 열원 및 환원성 가스를 제공하기 위한 설비를 마련하지 않고, 일반적인 제선 설비의 탄화로로부터 발생된 배가스를 회수하여 사용함으로써, 비용 절감 효과가 크다.
