Summary: | Provided are a composite optical sheet, a method for preparing the same, and an optical display apparatus comprising the same. The composite optical sheet includes a first optical sheet which includes at least one first optical pattern on a surface; and a second optical sheet which is formed on the first optical sheet and includes an adhesive layer on a surface. The first optical pattern is infiltrated into the adhesive layer. The surface roughness (Ra) of the adhesive layer is 0.3μm or more. The modulus of the adhesive layer is 500 MPa to 3000 MPa. The purpose of the present invention is to suppress the generation of rainbow, mura, and/or Newton′s ring in passing the right.
