Disclosed is a humidifier for a fuel cell which has improved aerodynamic performance and efficiency of air and humidification performance. The disclosed humidifier for a fuel cell performs membrane humidification of exhaust gas exhausted from a cathode of a fuel cell and dried air supplied through an air compressor, and supplies the humidified air to the cathode. The disclosed humidifier for a fuel cell comprises: a main membrane module in which several bundles of first hollow-fiber membranes are densely formed; and a sub-membrane module which is connected to the main membrane module, and in which several bundles of second hollow-fiber membranes are densely formed. 연료전지용 가습기가 개시된다. 개시된 연료전지용 가습기는 연료전지의 공기극으로부터 배출되는 배출가스와 공기 압축기를 통해 공급되는 건조공기의 막 가습이 이루어지며, 그 가습공기를 상기 공기극으로 공급하는 것으로서, 여러 다발의 제1 중공사막이 내부에 밀집된 메인 막 모듈과, 메인 막 모듈과 상호 연결되며 여러 다발의 제2 중공사막이 내부에 밀집된 서브 막 모듈을 포함할 수 있다.
