The present invention relates to technology for managing group members and, more specifically, to a terminal, a method, and a system for managing group members which enable a user to immediately check a group member who leaves from the group so as to promote convenience of checking the number of people, and enable the user to immediately recognize a group-leaver when a group member leaves from the group so as to prevent group members from unintentionally leaving the group and falling behind. The terminal of the present invention comprises: a Zigbee communications module which performs Zigbee communications; an ultrasonic communications module which performs ultrasonic communications; and a communications change determination unit which controls to transmit a signal to a lead terminal through ultrasonic communications when it is determined that the terminal itself is in water, and to transmit the signal to the lead terminal through Zigbee communications when it is determined that the terminal itself is on the ground. 본 발명은 그룹원을 관리하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이탈하는 그룹원을 즉시 확인할 수 있도록 하여 인원 점검의 편의를 도모할 수 있도록 하며, 그룹원 자신이 그룹을 이탈하는 경우 즉시 이를 인지할 수 있도록 하여 의도치않게 그룹을 이탈하여 낙오되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 그룹원 관리 단말, 방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.
