Summary:The present invention relates to a heat-exchange ventilation apparatus, and more specifically, to a heat-exchange ventilation apparatus which extends the life of the entire structure by firstly eliminating heavy foreign materials included in the air flowing in from the outside, and minimizes the amount of foreign materials flowing into a building. A heat-exchange ventilation apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a heat-exchange unit for exchanging the heat of indoor air with outdoor air; a first communication channel which connects the heat-exchange unit with the interior of a building to allow indoor air to flow in; a second communication channel which connects the heat-exchange unit with the interior of the building to discharge outdoor air; a third communication channel which connects the heat-exchange unit with the exterior of the building to discharge indoor air; a fourth communication channel which connects the heat-exchange unit with the exterior of the building to allow outdoor air to flow in; and a sinking unit installed on an end part of the outside of the fourth communication channel, which makes foreign materials flowing in from the outside of the building sink. The sinking unit comprises: a body part formed in a hollow shape in which one end of the body part is communicated with the fourth communication channel and the other end is communicated with the outside of the building; and a wall part protruding from an upper surface of the body part toward the bottom. The wall part is formed to be perpendicular to the outdoor air flowing in the body part. 본 발명은 열교환 환기장치에 관한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 실내로 흡입되는 실외공기에 포함되어 있는 이물질 중 무거운 이물질을 먼저 제거하여 전체적인 구성의 수명을 연장하고, 이물질이 실내로 유입되는 것을 최소화하는 열교환 환기장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 열교환 환기장치는, 실내공기와 실외공기의 열을 교환하는 열교환부와; 상기 열교환부와 건축물의 실내를 연통시켜 실내공기가 흡입되는 제1연통로와; 상기 열교환부와 건축물의 실내를 연통시켜 실외공기가 배출되는 제2연통로와; 상기 열교환부와 건축물의 실외를 연통시켜 실내공기가 배출되는 제3연통로와; 상기 열교환부와 건축물의 실외를 연통시켜 실외공기가 흡입되는 제4연통로와; 상기 제4연통로의 실외측 끝단에 장착되어 건축물의 실외로부터 유입되는 이물질을 침하시키는 침하부; 를 포함하되, 상기 침하부는, 일단은 상기 제4연통로와 연통되고, 타단은 건축물의 실외와 연통된 중공형상의 몸체부와; 상기 몸체부의 상면에서 하방향으로 돌출된 장벽; 을 포함하되, 상기 장벽은 상기 몸체부를 이동하는 실외공기와 직교되는 방향으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
