The present invention provides a touch screen panel including a touch substrate, an outside wire, and a sensing electrode. The touch substrate includes a touch non-recognition region which does not recognize a touch and a touch recognition region which recognizes a touch. The outside wire is formed in the touch non-recognition region. The outside wire includes a first outside layer, a transparent outside layer formed on the first outside layer, a second outside layer formed on the transparent outside layer, and a corrosion preventing layer formed on the second outside layer and preventing corrosion. The sensing electrode is formed in the touch recognition region and includes a first sensing layer, wherein the first sensing layer and the first outside layer are formed on the same layer, and a transparent sensing layer formed on the first sensing layer, wherein the transparent sensing layer and the transparent outside layer are formed on the same layer. 터치 스크린 패널은 터치 기판, 외곽 배선 및 감지 전극을 포함한다. 상기 터치 기판은 터치를 인식하지 않는 터치 비인식 영역 및 터치를 인식하는 터치 인식 영역을 포함한다. 상기 외곽 배선은 상기 터치 비인식 영역에 형성된다. 상기 외곽 배선은 제1 외곽층, 상기 제1 외곽층 상에 형성되는 투명 외곽층, 상기 투명 외곽층 상에 형성되는 제2 외곽층 및 상기 제2 외곽층 상에 형성되고 부식을 방지하는 부식 방지층을 포함한다. 상기 감지 전극은 터치 인식 영역에 형성되고, 상기 제1 외곽층과 동일한 층 상에 형성되는 제1 감지층 및 상기 제1 감지층 상에 형성되고 상기 투명 외곽층과 동일한 층 상에 형성되는 투명 감지층을 포함한다.
