The present invention is to provide a quadrature-axis rice polishing machine in a compact size, which is capable of preventing enlargement of the machine. According to the present invention, the quadrature-axis rice polishing machine includes a porous barrel and a whitening roll rotatably formed in the porous barrel. A polishing part having a polishing chamber is formed between the porous barrel and the whitening roll. A raw material supplying part is formed on one end of the polishing chamber, and a small grain discharge part having a small grain discharge barrel is formed on the other end. The circumferential surface of the small grain discharge barrel is linearly expanded in a normal rotational direction of the whitening roll, thus formed is a small grain guiding plane which is slanted downward and intersects with a vertical plane which includes a central shaft of the small grain discharging barrel.
