The present invention relates to an apparatus for remotely driving and controlling a native camera application of a smartphone using Bluetooth, and a bar-shaped smartphone holder including the same. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a holder to be attachable and detachable, which fixes a side surface of one smartphone; a bar-shaped body embedded with a remote controller which can be attached and detached to and from the holder; and a remote controller which is embedded in the bar-shaped body, and paired with the smartphone through Bluetooth to remotely control the smartphone.
