Summary:A foreign substance discharge hole (83) is formed in a position which can be a lowermost side of a cover (70) while a shock absorber is attached, and a size of the foreign substance discharge hole (83) is configured to be the same or be larger than the gap between an outlet (75) and a harness (36). Therefore, the present invention can accurately discharge foreign substances putted into the cover (70) through the foreign substance discharge hole (83) to the outside of the cover (70). 부착 상태에서 커버(70)의 최하측이 되는 위치에 이물질 배출 구멍(83)을 형성하고, 이물질 배출 구멍(83)의 크기를, 취출구(75)와 하네스(36) 사이의 간극의 크기와 동등하거나 또는 보다 크게 했다. 이에 따라, 커버(70) 내에 들어간 이물질을 이물질 배출 구멍(83)을 통해 확실하게 커버(70) 밖으로 배출할 수 있다.
