Summary:The present invention relates to a skin cosmetic composition comprising a Lycium chinense Miller extract as an active ingredient for promoting skin lipid biosynthesis. According to the present invention, a Lycium chinense Miller extract can increase an expression amount of SREBP-1c, PPARs, and FAS, a production amount of lipid, an expression amount of cholesterol, and an expression amount of triglycerides. The cosmetic composition comprising the Lycium chinense Miller extract has excellent effects in enhancing skin barrier function and increasing an expression amount of ceramide, and moisturizing effects. 본 발명은 구기자 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 지질 생합성 촉진용 피부 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 구기자 추출물은 SREBP-1c, PPARs 및 FAS의 발현량 , 지질 생성량, 콜레스테롤 발현량, 트리글리세라이드 발현량을 증가시키며, 이러한 구기자 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물은 보습 효과, 세라마이드 발현량 증가 및 피부 장벽기능 강화 효과가 우수하다.
