By using the composition of the present invention, immunorejection which may occur in the cell transplantation can be minimized, and the success rate of cell transplantation can be increased. 본 발명은 HMGB1A(high mobility group box 1 A domain)를 유효성분으로 포함하는 세포 이식 거부반응 억제용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물을 사용함으로써 세포 이식시 발생할 수 있는 면역거부반응을 최소화하고, 세포의 이식 성공률을 높일 수 있다.
