The present invention provides an actuator comprising: a drive part which has a shaft enabling forward and backward rotation and having both ends protruding to both side; holder parts which are installed on both ends of the shaft and are rotated with the rotation of the shaft; and a plate-shaped driven body which is detachably fixed to the holder parts. Moreover, the present invention provides electronic equipment having the actuator. Therefore, the present invention stably rotates a driven body, such as a plate-shaped member, and improves the assemblability of the shaft and the driven body of the actuator. 본 발명은 정역회전이 가능하고 양단이 양측부로 돌출되는 샤프트를 갖는 구동부와; 상기 샤프트의 양단에 설치되며, 상기 샤프트의 회전에 따라 회전되는 홀더부; 및 상기 홀더부에 탈착 가능하도록 고정되는 판상의 피구동체를 포함하는 엑츄에이터를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 엑츄에이터를 갖는 전자 기기도 제공한다.
