The present invention relates to an intraocular surgery tip, an intraocular surgery handpiece, and an intraocular surgery system using the same. The intraocular surgery tip irrigates a flushing medium to an intraocular affected area at a particular level of pressure, and is used for an intraocular surgery, including a cataract surgery, which aspirates an affected area tissue needed to be removed through an aspirating path. To this end, the intraocular surgery tip comprises: a flushing pipe having one end connected to a flushing medium accommodating unit for accommodating a flushing medium, having the other end equipped with a spraying unit for spraying the flushing medium, and providing a particular level of positive pressure into an eyeball through the flushing medium supplied from the flushing medium accommodating unit; and an aspirating pipe formed to surround the flushing pipe, having one end connected to a vacuum pump, having the other end equipped with an aspirating hole, and aspirating a biological tissue in an eyeball through the aspirating hole to the outside of the eyeball. The flushing pipe and the aspirating pipe are inserted in an eyeball, and a biological tissue separated from a vesica by a particular level of positive pressure of the flushing medium provided from the flushing pipe is aspirated by the aspirating pipe. Accordingly, a conventional inconvenient method used for removing fine cortex residues is excluded, and a surgery time may be reduced. 본 발명은 특정 압력으로 관류액을 안구내 환부에 공급(irrigation)하면서, 제거를 요하는 환부조직을 흡인로를 통해 흡인(aspiration)하는 백내장 등의 안구내 수술에 이용되는 안구내 수술용 팁, 안구내 수술용 핸드피스 및 이를 이용한 안구내 수술 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 일단은 관류액을 수용하는 관류액 수용부와 연결되고, 타단은 관류액을 분사하는 분사구를 구비하며, 관류액 수용부에서 공급되는 관류액으로 안구내에 특정 양압을 제공하는 관류관; 및 관류관을 감싸도록 구성되고, 일단은 진공펌프와 연결되며, 타단은 흡인구를 구비하고, 흡인구를 통해 안구내의 생체조직을 안구 외측으로 흡인하는 흡인관;을 포함하고, 관류관 및 흡인관은 안구내로 삽입되고, 관류관에서 제공되는 관류액의 특정 양압에 의해 낭에서 분리되는 생체조직이 흡인관에 의해 흡인되는 것을 특징으로 하는 안구내 수술용 팁이 제공될 수 있다. 이에 따르면 종래 미세한 피질 잔유물을 제거하기 위해 이용되던 번거로운 방식을 배제하고 수술시간이 단축되는 효과가 있다.
