Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for identifying species of microalgae growing in the coast of Korea, and a polynucleotide probe, a DNA chip, and a kit for identifying species of microalgae for the same. The method enables simple and easy identification of species of microalgae by randomly forming a DNA sequence distinguished between species of microalgae, and identifies Heterosigma akashiwo among the same.
본 발명은 한국 연안에 서식하는 미세조류의 종(species)을 판별하는 방법과, 이를 위한 미세조류의 종 판별용 폴리뉴클레오티드 프로브, DNA 칩 및 키트에 대한 것으로, 미세조류의 종 간에 구별되는 DNA 서열을 임의로 만들어서 미세조류의 종 판별을 간단하고 용이할 수 있는 것이며, 그 중에서도 헤테로시그마 아카쉬요(Heterosigma akashiwo) 종을 검출할 수 있는 것이다. |
