The present invention relates to a device for fixing an instant noodle container, and more specifically, to a device for fixing an instant noodle container which firmly fixes an instant noodle container for cooking instant food accommodated in the instant noodle container while cooking the instant food to allow a user to effectively consume the instant food. The device for fixing an instant noodle container according to the present invention comprises: a support body (100) to support a lower portion of an instant noodle container (10) for cooking instant food accommodated therein; a height adjustment body (200) fixed on an end of a circumference of the support body (100), extended in an upward direction, and provided with a rotary shaft (210) disposed on an uppermost end thereof; and a cover body (300) connected to the rotary shaft (210) to be rotated, and tightly pressed on an upper portion of the instant noodle container (10) to fix the instant noodle container (10) in which hot water is poured. 본 발명은 컵라면 용기 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 용기 내에 수용된 인스턴트 식품을 조리할 수 있도록 하는 컵라면용기가 인스턴트식품이 조리되는동안 견고하게 고정될 수 있도록 하여 원활하게 인스턴트식품을 식음 할 수 있도록 보조하는 컵라면 용기 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 컵라면 용기 고정장치는, 용기 내에 수용된 인스턴트 식품이 조리될 수 있도록 하는 컵라면용기(10)의 하부가 지지되도록 하는 지지몸체(100); 상기 지지몸체(100)의 테두리 일단에 고정된 채로 상 방향으로 연장형성되고, 최상단에 회전축(210)이 구비되는 높이조절몸체(200); 및 상기 회전축(210)에 연결된 채로 회전가능하고, 상기 컵라면용기(10)의 상부에 밀착되어, 뜨거운 물이 부어진 컵라면용기(10)가 고정되도록 하는 덮개몸체(300);를 포함한다.
