Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a collar for clothes attached to various clothes such as sportswear and a dress shirt and a collar for clothes, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a collar for clothes which knits a collar for clothes using yarn to expedite manufacture to shorten manufacturing time and reduce manufacturing costs, forms various shapes or designs during a knitting process to manufacture the collar for clothes in various patterns, and maintains tautness even when the collar for clothes is manufactured in a thin thickness to be applicable to clothes for various purposes, and a collar for clothes. According to the present invention, the collar for clothes can be quickly manufactured through the knitting process for knitting the collar for clothes using the yarn and a heating process for heating knitted fabric to expedite manufacture to shorten manufacturing time, reduce manufacturing costs, form various shapes or designs during the knitting process to manufacture the collar for clothes in various patterns, and maintain tautness even when the collar for clothes is manufactured in a thin thickness to be applicable to clothes for various purposes.
본 발명은 운동복, 드레스셔츠 등 각종 의복에 부착되어지는 의복용 칼라의 제조방법 및 의복용 칼라에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 원사를 통해 편직 제작하게 되므로 신속하게 제조할 수 있어 제조시간 단축과 함께 제조비용 절감은 물론이고 편직 과정에서 다양한 형상 혹은 문양을 형성할 수 있어 다양한 패턴으로 제조할 수 있으며, 나아가 얇게 제조하여도 탱탱함을 유지할 수 있어 여러 용도의 의복에 적용될 수 있도록 하는 의복용 칼라의 제조방법 및 의복용 칼라에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 원사를 통해 편직하는 편직공정 및 편직된 원단을 가열하는 가열공정을 통해 신속하게 제조할 수 있어 제조시간 단축과 함께 제조비용 절감은 물론이고 편직 과정에서 다양한 형상 혹은 문양을 형성할 수 있어 다양한 패턴으로 제조할 수 있으며, 나아가 얇게 제조하여도 탱탱함을 유지할 수 있어 여러 용도의 의복에 적용될 수 있도록 한 효과를 나타낸다. |
