According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for transferring agricultural products includes: a step in which a chlorine dioxide release device arranges a first agricultural product storage means on the inside to a second agricultural product storage means; and a step of moving the second agricultural product storage means for a first period while the inside of the agricultural product storage means is in a first temperature range. The chlorine dioxide between the first agricultural product storage means and the second agricultural product storage means is discharged from the chlorine dioxide release device. When the first agricultural product storage means is moved for a second period while the internal temperature of the first agricultural product storage means is in a second temperature range which is higher than the first temperature range after the first period, the chlorine dioxide release device discharges the chlorine dioxide at a discharging speed faster than that in the first temperature range. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 농산물 이송 방법은 이산화염소 방출장치가 내부에 배치된 제1 농산물 보관수단을 제2 농산물 보관수단에 배치하는 단계; 및 상기 제1 농산물 보관수단 내부가 제1 온도 범위인 상태에서 상기 제2 농산물 보관수단을 제1 기간 동안 이송하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 제1 농산물 보관수단과 상기 제2 농산물 보관수단 사이 공간의 이산화염소 전체는 상기 이산화염소 방출장치로부터 방출되고, 상기 제1 기간 이후에 상기 제1 농산물 보관수단의 내부 온도가 상기 제1 온도 범위보다 높은 제2 온도 범위인 상태에서 상기 제1 농산물 보관수단이 제2 기간 동안 이송되는 경우, 상기 이산화염소 방출장치는 상기 제1 온도 범위에 비하여 큰 방출속도로 이산화염소를 방출한다.
