Summary:Disclosed is an apparatus comprising a determination feedback equalizer (DFE), and a phase detector connected to the DFE, wherein the phase detector sets for a sampling phase based on a first post-cursor value of a composite pulse response, which is substantially the same as zero, when the phase detector makes the value of a current bit different from the value of a next bit to collect data bits having the current bit and the next bit. 결정 피드백 등화기(DFE); 및 DFE에 연동된 위상 검출기를 포함하고, 위상 검출기는, 위상 검출기가 현재 비트의 값이 다음 비트의 값과 같지 않도록 하여 현재 비트와 다음 비트를 갖는 데이터 비트들을 수집할 때, 실질적으로 제로와 같은 복합 펄스 응답의 제1 포스트-커서 값에 기초하여 샘플링 위상을 설정하는 장치가 설명된다.
