Summary:Provided is a sheath connection member and a method to construct a precast concrete structure. The present invention prevents mortar from permeating into a sheath in a process of filling the mortar by utilizing sheath connection members in a portion where a sheath, a connection part of a precast concrete member, is connected and stably and rapidly constructs the connection part using the sheath connection members laterally coupled in the connection part of the precast concrete member in pair. Also, the present invention minimizes a width of the connection part of the precast concrete members to minimize an amount of in-site concrete and improves the constructability of the precast concrete member by connecting the sheath without additional handwork. 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재의 연결부인 쉬스가 연결되는 부분에 쉬스 연결용 부재를 사용함으로써 모르타르를 채우는 과정에서 모르타르가 쉬스 내부로 침투하는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재의 연결부에서 횡방향으로 한 쌍으로 체결되는 쉬스 연결용 부재를 사용함으로써 안정적이고 신속한 연결부 시공이 이루어질 수 있으며, 또한, 쉬스를 추가적인 수작업에 의해 연결하지 않아도 되므로 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재의 연결부의 폭을 최소화함으로써 현장타설 물량을 최소화할 수 있고, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재의 시공성을 향상시킬 수 있는, 쉬스 연결용 부재 및 이를 이용한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 구조물의 시공 방법이 제공된다.
