Summary:The present invention relates to a composition for treating a liver cancer and a liver cancer treatment method of a mammal. The composition includes a mesenchymal stem cell transduced as an adenovirus vector which expresses an IL-12, and is used with radiotherapy in order to increase an expression of the IL-12 from the mesenchymal stem cell. By using the composition for treating a liver cancer, which includes the mesenchymal stem cell transduced as the adenovirus vector which expresses the IL-12, with the radiotherapy, the composition of the present invention can have less side effects than using an existing chemical method by inducing a cell death effect by increasing an anticancer immune effect inside a liver cancer cell, and can increase an effect of the radiotherapy. 본 발명은 간암 치료용 조성물과 포유동물의 간암 치료방법에 관한 것으로서 IL-12을 발현하는 아데노바이러스 벡터로 형질도입된 간엽줄기세포를 포함하고, 상기 간엽줄기세포로부터 IL-12의 발현을 증가시키기 위해 방사선 요법과 병용되는 것을 특징으로 하며, IL-12을 발현하는 아데노바이러스 벡터로 형질도입된 간엽줄기세포를 포함하는 간암 치료용 조성물을 방사선 요법과 병용함으로써, 간암 세포 내 항암 면역작용을 증진시켜 세포사멸 효과를 유도하므로 종래 화학요법과 병행하였을 때보다 부작용이 적고, 방사선 요법의 효능을 더 상승시킬 수 있다.
