According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a fabric sheet separating method by means of a separation apparatus functioning in separating a fabric sheet from an insole sheet. More specifically, provided is a fabric sheet separating method, which comprises the following steps: applying heat to a fabric sheet in which fabric is laminated on an insole sheet; shredding the fabric sheet into pieces so as to allow at least some pieces of the fabric sheet to be separated into pieces of the insole sheet and pieces of the fabric; and separating and collecting the pieces of the insole sheet and the pieces of the fabric. 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 시트직물지를 분리하는 분리 장치에 의한 시트직물지 분리 방법으로서, 안창시트에 직물지가 적층된 시트직물지를 가열하는 단계; 상기 시트직물지를 다수의 조각으로 파쇄하는 단계로서, 이 파쇄에 의해 상기 시트직물지의 조각들 중 적어도 일부가 안창시트 조각과 직물지 조각으로 분리되는, 상기 파쇄 단계; 및 상기 안창시트 조각 및 직물지 조각을 분리 회수하는 단계;를 포함하는 시트직물지 분리 방법이 제공된다.
