Summary:The present invention relates to a light-transmitting electrode used as a first electrode of an organic light emitting diode (OLED). The light-transmitting electrode includes a conductor layer which includes metal particles formed on the outer surface of a metal nanowire and is provided on a light-transmitting substrate; and a light-transmitting electrode layer formed on the conductor layer. In addition, the present invention relates to an organic light emitting device with improved light extraction efficiency through light scattering, and an organic light emitting apparatus. 본 발명은 유기발광소자(OLED)의 제1전극으로 사용되는 투광성 전극에 대한 것으로서, 상기 투광성 전극은 금속 나노와이어와 돌기가 외면에 구비된 금속 입자를 포함하며, 상기 투광성 기재 상에 구비되는 도전체층과; 상기 도전체층상에 형성되는 투광전극층을 포함하여 광 산란을 통해 광추출 효율이 향상된 유기발광소자 및 유기발광장치에 관한 것이다.
