| Abstract | Provided is a stern structure of a ship having a mooring device comprising: a stern part in which a peak tank is installed; and a mooring device which is extended from the end of the stern part to be divided from the peak tank. Also, the present invention provides a drillship having the stern structure. Therefore, the present invention improves the utilization of a hull space by installing the mooring device in the end of the stern to be continuously connected to the hull.
