Summary:Provided is a stern structure of a ship having a mooring device comprising: a stern part in which a peak tank is installed; and a mooring device which is extended from the end of the stern part to be divided from the peak tank. Also, the present invention provides a drillship having the stern structure. Therefore, the present invention improves the utilization of a hull space by installing the mooring device in the end of the stern to be continuously connected to the hull. 본 발명은 내부에 피크 탱크가 설치되는 선미부; 및 상기 피크 탱크와 구획되도록 상기 선미부의 단부로부터 연장되도록 설치되는 계류 장치를 포함하는 계류 장치를 갖는 선미 구조를 제공한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 선미 구조를 갖는 드릴쉽도 제공한다.
