The present invention relates to a panel fixture for construction and a fixing structure and, more specifically, to a panel fixture for construction and a fixing structure, which remarkably reduce the amount of fixing bars (horizontally and vertically installed fixing rods) and fixtures by fixing an external wall panel to a building slab (external wall) in an open joint method, which opens joints between external panels for construction without conventional caulking treatment using a sealant, thereby simplifying construction and reducing construction time and costs. 본 발명은 건축용 패널 고정구 및 고정구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건축용 외벽 패널과 패널 사이에 기존까지 사용되던 Sealant를 이용한 코오킹 처리를 하지 않고 줄 눈을 열어놓는 오픈조인트 공법에서 외벽 패널을 건축물 슬래브(외벽)에 고정시킴에 있어, 고정바(가로, 세로로 설치되는 고정용 막대)와 고정구의 개수를 종래에 비해 현저히 저감시킴으로써, 시공을 간소화하고 이를 통해 시공 시간(기간)을 단축시키는 한편 시공 비용을 절감시키는 건축용 패널 고정구 및 고정구조에 관한 것이다.
