Summary:The present invention relates to a photobioreactor which includes light-scattering particles or a pall ring in a cylindrical reactor having a light source at the center to maximize optical efficiency. According to the present invention, the photobioreactor ensures culture of high concentration of phototrophs due to excellent optical efficiency and is useful for culturing photoautotrophs efficiently by having improved convenience in an operation. 본 발명은 중앙부에 광원을 가지는 원통형의 반응기 내부에 광 산란 입자 또는 폴링(Pall Ring)을 구비하여 광효율을 극대화 시킨 광생물 반응기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 광생물 반응기는 광효율이 우수하여 고농도의 광생물을 배양할 수 있으며, 운전의 편의성이 증대되어 효율적인 광합성 자기영양 생물의 배양에 유용하다.
