The present invention relates to a composition containing a purified extract of fermented chestnut bur as an active ingredient. More specifically, it is confirmed that the composition has an anti-wrinkle activity, an antibacterial activity, an astrictive activity, and the like by: tests for the anti-wrinkle activity including elastase inhibitory activity, collagenase inhibitory activity, and the like; tests for the antibacterial activity against Candida albicans, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Propionibacterium acnes, and the like; and an astriction test using hemoglobin, thereby being able to be effectively used as a composition for reducing wrinkles and treating and preventing bacterial skin diseases. 본 발명은 발효 밤송이 추출 정제물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 엘라스타제 (Elastase) 저해활성, 콜라게나제(Collagenase) 저해활성 등의 주름개선 활성 실험; 칸디다 알비칸(Candida albicans), 에스케리키아 콜리(Escherichia coli), 스타필로코커스 에피더미스(Staphylococcus epidermidis), 스카필로코커스 아우레우스 (Staphylococcus aureus), 프로피오박테리움 아크네(Propionibacterium acnes) 등의 균주에 대한 항균실험, 혈액 단백질(hemoglobin)을 이용한 수렴효과 실험 등을 통하여 주름개선, 항균활성 및 수렴활성 등을 확인하여 주름개선 및 세균성 피부질환의 치료 및 예방용 조성물로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
