The present invention relates to a block type management apparatus for soldier duty. According to the present invention, the block type management apparatus for soldier duty comprises: a plurality of regular blocks having chips with identification information of a soldier; and a block of a dispatched place, which can confirm the identification information of the regular blocks by combining the block of a dispatched place with the regular blocks. The block of a dispatched place includes; a memory unit that can store the identification information of the regular blocks; a confirming unit which compares the identification information from the regular blocks and the identification information stored in the memory unit when the regular blocks are combined, and then check a working status of the soldier; a communications unit which transmits the information confirmed by the confirming unit to a situation room; and a controlling unit which controls the memory unit, the confirming unit, and the communications unit.
