Summary:The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for acquiring an image such as a black box or a closed-circuit television (CCTV). More specifically, the method and the apparatus of the present invention allow lens to recognize a subject within the range of an angle reflected off a reflector by installing the reflector on a front of the lens in a camera module part which photographs an image of a front view, thereby acquiring the image capturing the enlarged range beyond a view angle of the lens. Furthermore, the method and the apparatus not only ensures implementation of a high-precision wide angle image by means of lens with the general view angle, but also exhibits effects of being equipped with a plurality of devices with installation of only a single device, thereby offering economicality and efficiency as well. 본 발명은 블랙박스나 CCTV 등의 영상 취득 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 전방 영상을 촬영하는 카메라 모듈부의 렌즈 전방에 반사경을 설치하여 렌즈가 반사경에 반사되는 각도 범위까지 피사체를 인식하여 렌즈의 화각보다 확대 범위의 영상을 취득하도록 하므로 일반 화각의 렌즈를 이용하여 고광각 영상 구현이 가능함은 물론 단일의 장치에 의해 다수 장치를 설치하는 효과를 얻을 수 있어 경제성, 효율성을 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.
