Summary: | A method for forming an ink jet printhead comprises a step of processing an epoxy adhesive such that negative effects from physical contact with particular inks are reduced or eliminated. Conventional adhesives processed using conventional techniques are known to gain weight and squeeze out when exposed to certain inks such as ultraviolet inks, solid inks, and aqueous inks. An embodiment of the present invention can include a step of processing a particular adhesive such that the resulting epoxy adhesive is suitable for printhead applications.
잉크젯 프린트헤드 형성방법은 특정 잉크들과 물리적 접촉으로 인한 부정적 효과가 감소 또는 제거되도록 에폭시 접착제 처리 단계를 포함한다. 종래 방법으로 처리되는 종래 접착제는 소정의 잉크들 예컨대 자외선 잉크들, 고체 잉크들, 및 수성잉크에 노출될 때 중량이익 및 압출이 일어난다고 알려져 있다. 본 발명의 실시태양은 형성된 에폭시 접착제가 프린트헤드 응용에 적합하도록 특정 접착제 처리 단계를 포함한다. |
