Summary:The present invention relates to a microorganism, which possesses a capability of producing diamine along with introduced or enhanced protein activities and also comprises: an amino acid sequence represented by a sequence number six; or an amino acid sequence having sequence homology that is greater than or equal to 42% compared to the former amino acid sequence. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for producing diamine using the same. 본 발명은 서열번호 6으로 기재되는 아미노산 서열 또는 이와 42% 이상의 서열 상동성을 가지는 아미노산 서열을 포함하는 단백질의 활성이 도입 또는 강화된, 다이아민 생산능을 갖는 미생물 및 이를 이용하여 다이아민을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
