The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a hot water mat capable of quickly and easily manufacturing a hot water mat without damaging the hot water mat when the hot water mat is manufactured. In other words, the apparatus for manufacturing a hot water mat comprises a pipe groove forming roller wherein a groove forming resistor hot wire is protruding in an outer surface to form a pipe groove while being in line-contact with a hot water mat. Therefore, the present invention has effects of having a pipe groove forming roller in line-contact with a hot water mat, thereby forming a pipe groove by line-contact when a hot water mat is formed, minimizing the time for exposing the upper surface of a hot water mat to heat of a resistor hot wire, thereby preventing the upper surface of a hot water mat from being melted and damaged in a pipe groove forming step, and preventing a hot water mat from getting scorched and stick to a pipe groove forming roller. 본 발명은 온수매트 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 온수매트의 제조에 있어 온수매트를 손상시키지 않고 신속하며 용이하게 온수매트를 제조할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 온수매트 제조장치에 있어서, 온수매트와 선접되면서 배관홈을 형성할 수 있게 외면에 홈성형저항체열선를 돌출형성한 배관홈성형로울러를 구비한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 온수매트 제조장치에 있어서 온수매트와 선접되는 배관홈성형로울러를 구비함으로써 온수매트의 성형에 있어 선접촉에 의하여 배관홈이 형성되어 온수매트의 상면에 저항체열선의 열에 노출되는 시간이 최소화되어 배관홈 형성과정에 온수매트의 상면이 용융손상되는 것이 방지되고 온수매트가 배관홈성형로울러에 늘어 붙는 것이 방지되는 것이다.
