본 발명의 과제는, 에너지를 절약하면서, 승온 속도가 크고 또한 단시간에 방냉할 수 있는 가열 냉각 사이클을 단축할 수 있는 히터 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 전방면측(1a)에 배치되어 열을 방사하는 발열판체(10)와, 발열판체(10)의 배면(1b)측에 발열판체(10)로부터 이격되어 배치된 반사판체(20)를 구비하고, 발열판체(10)는 기판(11) 및 그 일면 상에 배치된 저항 발열선(12)을 구비하고, 반사판체(20)는 발열판체(10)에 대략 평행하게 배치됨과 함께, 전방면(1a)측으로 적외선을 반사하는 반사면(20a)을 갖는다. [Solution] The present invention is provided with a heat generation plate (10) and a reflection plate (20). The heat generation plate is disposed on a front surface side (1a) so as to radiate heat. The reflection plate is set apart from the heat generation plate (10) on a back surface (1b) side of the heat generation plate (10). The heat generation plate (10) is provided with a substrate (11) and a resistance heat generation wire (12), the resistance heat generation wire being disposed on one surface of the substrate. The reflection plate (20) is disposed substantially in parallel to the heat generation plate (10), and includes a reflection surface (20a) on the front surface (1a) side, the reflection surface reflecting infrared rays.
