Summary:The present invention relates to measuring doctor pressure and a doctor angle of a doctor blade. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus to measure the doctor pressure and the doctor angle of the doctor blade and a method thereof, measuring the doctor pressure and the doctor angle to determine a performance of ink controlling transition of an electronic electrode in an electronic printing technology field. According to the present invention, the present invention uses a doctor ring structure and uses the method measuring the suggested doctor pressure and the doctor angle in order to precisely provide the doctor pressure and the doctor angle required for an electronic printing process with only a torque value of the doctor blade and a moving distance of an actuator. 본 발명은 닥터 블레이드의 닥터압과 닥터각 측정에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 인쇄전자 기술 분야에서 전자 소자의 성능을 좌우하는 잉크의 전이를 결정하기 위하여 닥터압 및 닥터각에 대해 측정하는, 닥터 블레이드의 닥터압과 닥터각 측정장치 및 그 측정방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 닥터링 구조를 이용하고, 제안된 닥터압 및 닥터각을 측정하는 방법을 사용함으로써 닥터 블레이드의 토크 값과 액츄에이터의 이동거리 정보만으로, 인쇄전자 공정에서 필요한 닥터압 및 닥터각을 정밀하게 제공하는 효과가 있다.
