Summary:Provided are: a polymer composition for a transparent substrate, which is synthesized from a transparent organic polymer constituting a base substrate of a plastic thin film sheet with 0.1-10 wt% of a silica nanotube with respect to the total weight of the composition; and a plastic thin film composite sheet with the flexure less than or equal to 1 mm by the 85/85 test as a plastic thin film sheet using the same. In addition, provided is a transparent window substrate for a display using the same. 플라스틱 박막복합시트의 베이스 기재를 이루는 투명한 유기 고분자에 조성물의 전체 중량 대비 실리카 나노튜브를 0.1~10 중량%로 합성한 투명 기재용 고분자 조성물 및 이를 이용한 플라스틱 박막복합시트로서 85/85 test 에 의한 휨이 1mm 이하인 플라스틱 박막복합시트를 제공한다. 또한 이를 이용한 디스플레이용 투명 윈도우 기판을 제공한다.
