Summary:The present invention relates to a composition which promotes differentiation from human mesenchymal stem cells into adipocytes and, more specifically, to a composition for beauty or cosmetic surgery, which promotes differentiation from human mesenchymal stem cells into adipocytes by comprising one or more sorts, as active ingredients, among extracts of Castanea Semen, Selaginella tamariscina, Aloe vera L., Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, Mentha arvensis var. piperascens, Pinellia ternata Breitenbach, Triticum aestivum L., Saururus chinensis Baill., Polygala tenuifolia Willdenow, and Gleditsia sinensis Lam., thereby producing lipid droplets and thus increasing skin volume in specific areas. 본 발명은 인간 중간엽 줄기세포의 지방세포로의 분화를 촉진하는 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 건율, 권백, 노회, 단삼, 박하, 반하, 소맥, 어성초, 원지 및 조각인 추출물 중 1종 이상을 유효성분으로 함유하여 인간 중간엽줄기세포를 지방세포로 분화하는 것을 촉진시킴으로써 지방체(Lipid droplet)를 생성하여, 특정 부위의 피부의 볼륨감을 증대시키는 미용 또는 성형용 조성물에 관한 것이다.
