The present invention relates to a drying apparatus having washing and sanitizing functions which can wash an object to be dried before drying the object to be dried, dry the washed object to be dried by supplying hot wind by a heater or a freezing cycle in accordance with a drying condition (temperature) to a drying room, sterilize and extinct a germ or a harmful insect which is polluted by the dried object to be dried, and prevent the object to be dried from being spoiled in a preservation process or prevent the propagation of the harmful germ and insect. 본 발명은 피건조물의 건조에 앞서 피건조물의 세척을 수행할 수 있고, 세척된 피건조물을 설정한 건조조건(온도)에 따라 히터 또는 냉동사이클에 의한 열풍을 건조실로 공급하여 건조할 수 있으며, 건조된 피건조물에 오염된 세균이나 해충을 살균 및 사멸시킴으로써 피건조물이 유통과정이나 보존과정에 부패되거나 유해세균의 번식이나 증식 및 해충 번식을 방지할 수 있는 세척 및 살균소독기능을 갖춘 건조장치를 특징으로 한다.
