Summary:The present invention relates to a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof for responding to a UV ray by an insulating layer material of a conductive bridge structure and forming a transparent film of photosensitive materials which can be laminated, thereby reducing production costs by a smaller number of processes than a liquid crystal insulation type of the same level. The touch panel and the manufacturing method thereof minimize deformation by deleting a drying process by replacing contraction deformation in case of liquid type drying with a film type, thereby reducing an align tolerance due to micro pattern formation, obtaining visibility, increasing a penetration ratio, and reducing costs and increasing productivity by applying a roll to roll process and a sheet process. 본 발명은 터치패널 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 도전성 브리지 구조의 절연층 재질로 UV 광원에 반응하고 라미네이팅 가능한 감광성 재질의 투명 Film을 터치패널 형성 시 구현함으로써, 동등 수준의 액상 절연 Type 대비 감소화된 공정 으로 생산단가를 낮추고 액상 Type의 건조시 수축에 의한 변형량을 Film Type으로 대체함으로써 건조 공정의 삭제로 변형을 최소화하여 미세 패턴 형성에 의한 Align 공차를 줄일수 있는 장점과 시인성을 확보하고 투과율을 증가시키며 또한 롤투롤 공정과 sheet 공정 적용에 따른 비용절감 및 생산성 향상의 효과를 지니고 있다.
