Summary:A nail-head forming device includes a rotating disk, a fixing cam, a plurality of forming modules and a forming cam. The rotating disk is rotated about an axis of rotation. The fixing cam is fixed at the center of the rotating disk and includes the other fixing cam curved surface having different curvature along the circumference. The forming modules to rotate are continuously fixed along the outer surface of the rotating disk according to the rotation of the rotating disk, moves the fixed cam surface phase, and the lead-cut wire to the forming nail and forming. The forming cam is fixed to one side of the fixed cam and forms a nail-head of the cutting wire flowing into the molding module. 못대가리 성형장치는 회전원판, 고정캠, 복수의 성형모듈들 및 성형캠을 포함한다. 상기 회전원판은 회전축을 중심으로 회전한다. 상기 고정캠은 상기 회전원판의 중앙에 고정되며 원주를 따라 곡률이 다른 고정캠곡면을 포함한다. 상기 성형모듈들은 상기 회전원판의 외면을 따라 연속적으로 고정되어 상기 회전원판의 회전에 따라 회전하며, 상기 고정캠곡면 상을 이동하며 인입된 절단철사를 성형못으로 성형한다. 상기 성형캠은 상기 고정캠의 일 측에 고정되어, 상기 성형모듈로 인입된 절단철사의 못대가리를 성형한다.
