Summary: | An N-methyl pyrrolidone (hereinafter NMP) collection purification system of the present invention comprises: a dry collecting device for collecting NMP included in exhaust gas discharged from a secondary battery process by a rotor consisting of a cooling condensation and adsorption zone, a cooling zone, and a desorption zone; and a refining device for heating and refining NMP collected from the dry collecting device into high purity NMP. Accordingly, a dry collecting device and refining device are included in one system, so NMP included in exhaust gas can be effectively collected and refined.
본 발명의 엔엠피 회수 정제 시스템은, 이차전지 공정에서 배출된 배기가스에 포함된 엔엠피를 냉각에 의한 응축 및 흡착존, 냉각존, 탈착존으로 이루어진 로터에 의해 회수하는 건식 회수장치; 및 상기 건식 회수장치에서 회수된 엔엠피를 가열하여 고순도의 엔엠피로 정제하는 정제장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 건식 회수장치와 정제장치가 하나의 시스템에 구비되어 배기가스에 포함된 엔엠피의 회수 및 정제가 이루어지는 효과가 있다. |
