Disclosed are a piezoelectric element and a piezoelectric transducer including the same. The piezoelectric element includes a piezoelectric body formed by laminating multiple ceramic layers; an internal electrode formed on the surface of each of the ceramic layers; and a pair of cover layers respectively formed on the upper and lower parts of the piezoelectric body to protect the internal electrode.
