Summary:Provided is a Fe-P based copper alloy sheet with excellent strength, heat resistance and bending processibility. The present invention composed of 1.6-2.6 wt% of Fe, 0.01-0.15 wt% of P, 0.01-1.0 wt% of Zn, 0.1-0.5 wt% of one or more elements from Sn and Mg, not more than 0.003 wt% of C, not more than 0.05 wt% of a sum of Co and Si and Cr, and the balance of Cu and inevitable impurities. When a crystal tissue of a cross-sectional surface, which is in parallel to a rolling direction and is perpendicular to the surface of the sheet, is observed by an EBSD method, a weighted average wherein a circle-equivalent diameter of each crystal grain is weighted by an area is not more than 10 μm, and conductivity is not less than 50% of IACS, and Vickers hardness is not less than 180 Hv, and a presence density of a precipitation particle of Fe or a Fe-P based compound which have 10-40 nm of the circle-equivalent diameter is not less than 20/μm2.
