Summary:The present invention relates to an elevating type flame heating device controlling air flow, which comprises: a tobacco pipe body (15); a pipe mouthpiece (23) and a rod (20) connecting the tobacco pipe body (15) to the pipe mouthpiece (23), wherein a heating space communicating with the rod (20) and an elevating device (14) elevated by the air flow in accordance with inhalation are formed within the tobacco pipe body (15) and a heating plate (5) heating tobacco (13) and connected to the elevating device (14) and a flame heating unit heating the heating plate (5) and positioned under the heating plate (5) are formed within the heating space. The present invention has a simple structure, has low costs, enables a smoker to be satisfied, reduces harm to a human body and environmental pollution, and prevents generation of a bad smell by making the heating plate continuously touch and heat the tobacco, thereby being widely used.
