Summary:According to the present invention, provided is a water supply device of paper, which comprises: a water storage tank for storing water; a water supply roller for rotating in a state that at least a portion of water is submerged in the water storage tank; a metering roller for receiving water from the water supply roller by rotating to be in contact with the water supply roller; and a pressurized roller for supplying water from the metering roller to paper by rotating to penetrate overcoated paper between the metering roller and the pressurized roller. In addition, according to the present invention, provided is an overcoating apparatus equipped with a water supply device.
