Summary:The present invention relates to a plastic microfluidic DNA chip for detecting and decoding DNA of fish and shellfish and a method for detecting DNA applied with the same and, more specifically, to a plastic microfluidic DNA chip for detecting and decoding DNA of fish and shellfish and a method for detecting DNA applied with the same, which comprises the steps of: i) manufacturing a lower substrate, an upper substrate, and a cover substrate; ii) fixating probe DNA on a surface of a working electrode from a gold electrode layer of the lower substrate; iii) coupling the upper substrate on the top of the lower substrate; iv) inserting a rubber cap in a sample inserting hole of the cover substrate; and v) coupling the upper substrate with the cover substrate by lifting the lower surface unit of the rubber cap protruded by being inserted in the cover substrate.
